Dot Weekly - An Informative Blog On Domain Names

I am searching for information on how to buy new and existing domain names when I come across this blog, Dot Weekly, which writes predominantly good detailed content on how to buy domain names.

There are two very informative articles worth having a look.

The first article is on how to buy an expiring domain name owned by other people or by GoDaddy through GoDaddy auctions and the article is titled Expired GoDaddy Domain Name Information.

The second article is about how to choose and buy an expired domain name with good traffic and is titled A Domain Metric Often Overlooked, Indexed Pages.

After reading the articles, I have better knowledge on how GoDaddy auctions work and how to buy existing expired domain name with high traffic. This is a blog worth reading if you want to gain more knowledge on ow the domain names market work.

Fish! A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results

A few years ago, a friend recommended Fish! A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results for me to read and I really enjoyed reading this intriguing book thoroughly at that time and I read the book again today.

In this parable, it tells a fictional manager who reluctantly accepted a promotion to be a manager of a department in her company which was famous for being chronically unresponsive and unhelpful, known throughout the company as "toxic energy dump".

However a fortuitous encounter at Seattle's real-life Pike Place Fish and interactions with its fishmongers made her realised that no workplace would be a dreary place to work in anymore if people applied the 4 essential "ingredients" to their workplace.

Reading this book, it convinced me that practically no one likes working.

We work for numerous reasons - to put food on our table, to pay our bills, to send our children to the best schools possible etcetera and oh yes, to pay or taxes and most importantly, we hope to save enough for retirement and a little bit of enjoyment in life.

Seriously, if we do a worldwide survey on who likes to work or who likes their jobs, I would say less than 10% will say yes, and so a "surprising" 90% dislike working or dislike their jobs and that make us a very unhappy bunch of people. No wonder everyone likes reading comics and manga.

Therefore, the question we need to ask ourselves is "What can be we do about it?" Well, we obviously can't quit our jobs for the numerous reasons we have but we can change the way we do things at our workplace by implementing the following 4 "ingredients".

4 Key Ingredients In Brief

Ingredient Number 1: Choose Your Attitude
There is always a choice about the way you do work, even if there is not a choice about the work itself. We can choose the attitude we bring to our work.

Ingredient Number 2: Play
Have fun while working as fun is energising. Identify ways on how everyone at the workplace can have fun and create more energy.

Ingredient Number 3: Make Their Day
Include your customers in your good time. Engage your customers in ways which create energy and goodwill. Identify who are your customers and how can you engage them to make their day. Identify ways to make your colleagues' days.

Ingredient Number 4: Be Present
Be fully present at work and focussed on your customers (internal meaning colleagues and external meaning clients).

Well, it is better for you to read the book yourself to get the gist of what the authors meant to say.

Where Can I Get The Book?
You can get the book at your local book stores like Borders, Kinokuniya or Popular etc, or you can get it from Amazon.

Introducing Fr3b - Free Product Samples In Singapore

Do you always think of trying a product before making a decision to buy it?

Here is your chance to try products for FREE!

Visit this website,  Fr3b.

Fr3b is a Singapore website which offers product samples for Singaporeans, both males and females, to try before buying.

I personally find it a useful website for prospective consumers to try new and existing products like perfumes, acne creams, facial products like cleansers and facial masks, hair shampoos, hair conditioners, sanitary napkins, contact lens solution, make up etc.

Some weeks back, I have gotten my first 3 samples of perfume, acne gel and muscle pain reliever gel and have test-used the products.

You might find it weird that the product samples are given for free. There is only 1 catch, you have to write a review for the product you sample and by doing so, you are awarded points to redeem another product sample. That is so easy right? Oh you have to pay a minimal postage fee for the delivery of the product samples to your house. In my case, it was only SGD$1.80.

What are the ADVANTAGES of Fr3b?

* Firstly, it saves you the hassle of going from store to store to request for the product samples you want but, wait a minute, you might not be able to get any samples at all. =( Well, you decide to fork money out to buy the product but alas, the product is not suitable for your skin and you just wasted your hard earned money.

* Secondly, your family and friends might tell you that the particular product they are using is good but is it good for you?

* Thirdly, some sales assistants can be really annoying and pesky and as long as you want some samples, you have to bear with them. Yeah, tough luck I know.

Well, doesn't everyone loves free samples?
So what are you waiting for?

Visit Fr3b now.
